Howlite - Flat Stones

The Stone called Howlite is a lovely soft white with some greyish or dark threads floating through the Stone.

Howlite can be very effective to have as an ‘assistant’ while meditating. It seems to fill the area around you with snowy whiteness.

Also, the energy present is great for stillness and clarity of mind. That is why it is a wonderful meditation companion.
